Dr. O'Grady co-authored the book, "A Family Guide to Concurrent Disorders" (2007) with Mr W.J. Wayne Skinner, Deputy Clinical Director, Ambulatory Care and Structured Treatment Programs, Addictions Service, The Centre for Addiction & Mental Health. She is currently modifying this book to meet the needs of caregivers of OLDER persons with mental illness and / or addiction (including dementia-related illnesses)

A Qualitatived Study of the experience of stigma, prejudice and discrimination on people suffering from co-occurring mental health and addictive disorders
A Gender - Transformative Health Promotion Framework in the interprertive phenomenological study of socially disadvantage women who are also suffering co-occurring mental illness and addictive disorders
