Dr. O'Grady co-authored the book, "A Family Guide to Concurrent Disorders" (2007) with Mr W.J. Wayne Skinner, Deputy Clinical Director,  Ambulatory Care and Structured Treatment Programs, Addictions Service, The Centre for Addiction  & Mental Health. She is currently modifying this book to meet the needs of caregivers of OLDER persons with mental illness and / or addiction (including dementia-related illnesses)

*Mixed qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and methods

*Family Co-occurring Mental Health and Addictions (concurrent disorders) Support and Education Interventions Rsearch

*The Impact of stigma by association on parents of elementary, high school  and university students with mental health concerns

*Interrnational Virtual support / education research for families affected by concurrent Disorders

*Interventions research for families affected by concurrent disorders suffered by an elderly family member

A Qualitatived Study of the experience of stigma, prejudice and discrimination on people suffering from co-occurring mental health and addictive disorders

A Gender - Transformative Health Promotion Framework in the interprertive phenomenological study of socially disadvantage women who are also suffering co-occurring mental illness and addictive disorders
