Current Research
I believe that violence and sexual abuse are preventable. My research contributes to prevention efforts through three related branches. The first branch of my research program is devoted to improving the models of psychological constructs relevant to criminal behaviour. In the second branch, I focus on improving how tools measure these risk-relevant constructs and how risk is communicated (e.g., STABLE-2007). The third branch is devoted to mobilizing knowledge from the first two branches into prevention programs.
